I’m Cindy Quezada, a Latina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and the heart behind this practice. I work primarily with women in California, ages 18–65, through telehealth, so you can get support in a way that fits your busy life.
I work with women who are tired of dimming their light, doubting their worth, or carrying everyone else’s pain while ignoring their own. My goal is to help you heal, reconnect with yourself, break free from cycles of pain and reclaim your power.
Many of the women I see have spent years putting others first—feeling unseen, dismissed, or unsure of their own worth. I help women navigating relationship challenges, dating pressures, healing from trauma or sexual abuse, or leaving unhealthy or narcissistic relationships.
Our work focuses on rebuilding self-esteem, setting boundaries, communicating clearly, and creating emotional safety. I also support women struggling with social or general anxiety, helping you move from self-doubt to self-trust.

It’s okay to feel unsure
Starting therapy can stir up a lot of nervousness and uncertainty, even fear. That’s completely normal. In our sessions, I’ll gently hold space for what’s been hard, helping you move at a pace that feels safe. Over time, the weight you’ve been carrying can begin to soften, and I’ll be here with you as you find a little more calm, clarity, and trust in yourself.
Showing up is the first step.
Therapy is a journey, and everyone moves at their own pace. We don’t need all the answers; we simply need to show up for us. Taking this first step allows you to prioritize you.
