The heart behind
Beautifully Vulnerable Therapy
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the mind — why people do what they do, how we think, and what drives our choices. I was the kid who loved watching Cops and crime documentaries, seeing things in a very matter-of-fact way. But life has a way of softening the sharp edges.
Growing up Latina, I learned early on how to take care of everyone else — to be the strong one, the caretaker, the one who held it all together. In my family, like so many others, we didn’t talk about hard things. We swept pain under the rug, smiled through it, and kept moving. I didn’t realize until I was older how much of myself I had to set aside to survive that way, and how many unhealthy patterns were passed down because no one wanted to look too closely.
After my family experienced a profound loss, everything changed. That loss sparked my curiosity about the mind and shifted into something deeper — a desire to truly understand people – and pain – on a deeper level.
What Therapy Taught Me About Real Strength
I came into this field thinking healing was about “being strong, holding it all together, and just “managing”. But therapy, both as a client and now as a therapist, taught me that real strength looks nothing like that.
Strength is showing up for myself — even when it’s hard.
Breaking cycles for the next generation
As a mom, that lesson means even more. I’m learning to unlearn old patterns that no longer serve me, to break cycles so my son grows up knowing that it’s ok to feel, to speak up, and to heal.
My hope is that by doing my own work, I’m not just changing my story, but helping shape a better one for him and maybe inspiring others to do the same.
Therapy taught me that real strength isn’t about avoiding or keeping busy. It’s about allowing myself to feel, to be vulnerable, and to sit in the discomfort instead of running from it.
My Approach to Healing
-

Compassionate & Somatic Awareness
My approach is rooted in compassion, honesty, and connection. I believe healing happens when we slow down and sit with what we feel — not just think about it. So much of our pain lives in the body, and I use a somatic lens to help you notice what’s happening inside, moment by moment.
-

Psychodynamic Exploration
I combine that body awareness with a psychodynamic approach, which means we explore the “why.” Why you react the way you do, why certain people trigger you, why you keep ending up in the same patterns. We connect the dots together, gently and with compassion.
-

Direct, Grounded Guidance
My style is direct but grounded in care. I’ll lovingly call you out when I see you slipping into old patterns or selling yourself short — always with care, never with judgment. My goal is to help you get real with yourself, build trust within, and feel more grounded in who you truly are.
We laugh, we cry, we reflect, we grow.
MY MISSION
To help people connect with themselves — to feel their feelings, honor their truth, and break free from old patterns that no longer serve them.
MY CORE VALUES
Authenticity
I believe in showing up as my full self-honest, human, and heart-forward, and i encourage my clients to do the same. Healing starts with realness.
Vulnerability
There is power in softness. I value the process of shedding old beliefs and cycles that no longer fit, so we can make room for something healthier and more aligned.
Compassion & Accountability
I hold space with care, but also believe in directness and lovingly challenging you when it’s needed. Healing happens when we can face whats hard and hold ourselves with care through it.
Connection
We heal in relationships — with others, with our bodies, and with ourselves. I value creating a space where the connection feels safe and real.
If you’re ready to begin your own journey, I’m here to guide you.
I will be right here with you on this journey to unlock new understanding, notice patterns that no longer serve you, and discover ways to respond to yourself and others with greater compassion.
